Change or cancel a booking
Open your bookings in the Popcoach app or on popcoach.io. Each booking shows the coach's cancellation policy and what you can change.
Refunds
Refunds follow the cancellation policy shown when you booked. If something went wrong, email us with your booking details and we'll sort it out.
Your account and data
Update your details in Settings. To delete your account, go to Settings, then Privacy & data.
Report a safety concern
Use Report on a profile, post or message in the app, or email us. We review every report.
